Who it's for
A pilot, not a perfect fit for everyone.
Read this bit honestly.
We'd rather lose a deal in week zero than waste both our times. If you're on the left, book the call. If you're on the right, we'll happily refer you.
NOT FOR YOU IF
You want a strategy deck
- You want a roadmap and a current-state assessment. We don't do those. (Try McKinsey.)
- You want a multi-vendor RFP run through procurement. The £12k fixed fee assumes a fast yes.
- You can't name the workflow yet. Pilot needs one specific problem - if you're still surveying, talk to us about a discovery sprint instead.
- Your data lives somewhere we can't reach inside week 1. Air-gapped, paper-only or undocumented legacy systems need a different scope.
- You want us to manage 'AI strategy' across the business. That's a fractional CTO engagement, not a six-week pilot.
What £12,000 buys
One number. Not a "discovery fee".
Seven deliverables, one fixed fee. No day-rate maths, no extras column, no change requests. If we mis-estimate what a phase takes, that's our problem - not yours.
Pilot vs full programme
When the pilot is right.
When it isn't.
The Pilot is a deliberately narrow door. For multi-workflow programmes we have a standard engagement model - same shape, different scale.
